Christine Tucker, LCSW

I believe every person has the power to transform their lives. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate a journey of healing, one through which you not only become more resilient and confident, but befriend and understand your truest self.

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by early relationships, chronic stress, or trauma. Often, these patterns show up in relationships that feel intense, confusing, or difficult to change — even when part of you knows something isn’t working.

My work is grounded in the belief that symptoms are not flaws, but signals from a nervous system that learned how to survive. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or insight alone, I help clients slow things down, build internal safety, and understand what their system is responding to beneath the surface.

I specialize in complex trauma (CPTSD), attachment trauma, and trauma bonds, and I take a collaborative, nervous-system-informed approach to therapy. This means we work together to notice patterns as they arise — in relationships, emotions, and even in the body — and gently create space for new responses to emerge.

My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to help you reconnect with your own clarity, agency, and sense of self. Healing happens through safety, attunement, and consistency, and I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship where those qualities can take root.
