Your Questions, Answered

  • I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults struggling with complex PTSD (CPTSD), attachment trauma, trauma bonds, chronic stress, emotional reactivity, anxiety, depression, and dissociation. My work integrates experiential therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, coherence therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to support nervous system regulation and long-term healing.

  • Getting started begins with a brief free consultation to determine fit and answer any questions you may have. I offer telehealth and in person therapy for adults in New Jersey. You can schedule an initial consultation through the booking link or contact me directly to explore whether this approach to trauma therapy feels right for you.

  • Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in trauma bonds, attachment patterns, or nervous system responses shaped by early relationships. What makes my work different is a bottom-up, nervous-system-informed approach that goes beyond talk therapy. I focus on helping clients feel safer in their bodies, understand relational trauma, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve them.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Sessions are 55 minutes and are offered at a private-pay rate of $130 per session. I also accept several insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. Please reach out if you have questions about coverage or payment options.

  • Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and paced with care. Sessions often include experiential and somatic work alongside insight and reflection. Many clients appreciate having space to explore trauma, attachment wounds, and internal parts in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and respectful of their nervous system.

  • Finding a therapist who specializes in complex PTSD and trauma bonds often means looking for someone trained in attachment-based and nervous-system-informed therapy. Trauma bonds and CPTSD are commonly rooted in early relational experiences and chronic stress. I work with adults seeking trauma therapy that addresses both emotional patterns and the body’s responses to stress and attachment.
